Project Completion Acknowledgement Form

The Contractor has released the project and the end-user/customer has inspected the installed product supplied by Seco South II, Inc. The installed railing products are deemed completed and in good condition to the satisfaction of the end-user/customer.

This form does not in any way void any warranties on the product supplied by Seco South II, Inc. but does acknowledge that the work has been completed.
